Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive in a plain unmarked protective envelope to avoid bringing attention to the package, where inside you will find your jewellery box which will also be protected either by another protective envelope or carriage box depending on the size of the order.

All items of jewellery come with a standard Wyrdwood Studio Jewellery Box but for any special boxing arrangements or bespoke packaging please Contact Us


Returns and Exchanges

What happens if I buy something and I don't like it?

You can return your purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order, for a refund, exchange or credit note, in line with our online purchasing Money Back Guarantee and Terms and Conditions. 

Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery charges. Don't forget to mark the shipping documents / waybill with Return of British Goods if you are returning the goods from outside the EU. Otherwise you will be liable for any British customs duties or taxes charged on your returned item.

Sale of body piercing earrings and studs due to hygiene standards we are not able to resell these items so there we cannot accept the return or exchange of these items unless they are faulty.

Refunds or exchanges do not apply to customised products e.g. engraved or bespoke orders, which cannot be returned.


Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed with us please contact us straight away

An item can only be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched . If the order has been shipped this means we cannot re-direct the parcel so we request that you follow our returns instructions. 

Providing that you have cancelled the order within 7 days from receipt were we can arrange the return of the item and refund you the original shipping cost and the full cost of the item.

The above does not affect your consumer rights


Late and lost Deliveries

If you feel that your delivery has been delayed then please contact us and make us aware of this problem so that we can follow the order up to make sure that it has been posted and so we can then give you the tracking number to locate it with the Royal Mail.

Unfortunately if your parcel has been lost in the mail we are able to track it with Royal Mail but we are unable to refund the purchase until after 20 workings days (UK) and for international deliveries it is 30 working days as this is the time period the Royal Mail classes an item as being lost.

If a parcel has not been received but the tracking indicates that it has been delivered, you are able to check the signature against the delivery with the Royal Mails Tracking services. Probable causes of this could be a neighbour taking in the parcel for you or the delivery address has a postal room such as work places. Please check to see if someone isn't holding the parcel for you before contacting us. We recommend that you send the parcel to your home address or to someone who is able to safely take the parcel for you.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that have been tracked as showing delivered as the delivery address is at the customers own responsibility.

Wyrdwood Studio cannot be held responsible for any goods that may end up lost or delayed in transit through postal services as once the parcel has been posted it is out our hands and in the responsibility of the parcel lies with the postal service and the person receiving the goods.


Pricing

All goods are charged at the the prices shown upon the date the customer places the order.

Errors and omissions are to be expected, if there are any unexpected changes in the prices you will be contacted and made aware of this to give you chance to reconsider the order before proceeding.

We use Paypal for our Online transactions so all prices are shown in £GBP which will be exchanged at current rates through Paypal so please note total transaction price when purchasing using a foreign currency.

Any Bespoke orders, repairs and cleaning will be quoted at time of commission and will be agreed before commencing work, but please note that prices may vary but the customer will be notified of any changes in prices.

Account creation

Creating an account with us could not be easier just simply press the Login Button at the top of the page, then click the create account button shown on the bottom left hand side.

Then simply fill out the required fields and hit create account.

After doing this, you can fill in your personal details, by clicking the address tab in your account settings. This will ensure that we are able to send your orders to you.

From here you can also view your order status.
